Press Release – 14 Chatham drive

On Sunday, January 27, at approximately 0215 hours, a structure fire was reported at 14 Chatham Drive. First arriving Chiefs confirmed an active fire on the second floor of the single family residential structure. It was quickly confirmed that all of the occupants were safely evacuated. Crews from Trumbull Center, Nichols and Long Hill Fire Departments responded to the scene and conducted suppression activities. Additionally crews from the Shelton Fire Department provided station coverage. The residence sustained heavy fire damage within and is un-livable. There were no firefighter or civilian injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Trumbull Fire Marshals Office.
